These rocky road bars from Jeff's mom have earned their nickname of 'crack' because they're seriously addictive. Jeff calls them his favorite dessert, and it's easy to see why - the graham cracker crust, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and pecans create this perfect combination of textures and flavors. They're the kind of bars that make people ask for the recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups miniature marshmallow
1 (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add combined flour and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Press on to bottom of 9" square pan. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool. Cut into squares.
