These tomatoes are packed with flavor. Add them to pasta sauces and salads.
Ingredients:
2 cups of small tomatoes, sliced in half
1 T olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl mix all ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add tomatoes and spread so they are not touching.
Bake for 2 and a half hours, if larger tomatoes bake for 3 hours.
Cool and store in the refrigerator.
