Chocolate-Peanut Clusters

 Easy!

 Ingredients:

One 1-pound package chocolate almond bar (can use vanilla)

One 12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips

One 8 ounce can salted peanuts (or more if desired)

 Directions:

Microwave the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl at high power for 3 1/2 minutes (the bark will not lose its form).

Remove and stir to melt the bark. Add the chocolate chips and stir. Add peanuts and stir.

Drop the mixture with a teaspoon onto wax or parchment paper. Cool until they set. Store covered, at cool room temperature for about a week.

Try adding a few tablespoons of chopped dried cherries or apricots for a chewy cluster.
