Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of blackberry preserves
1 small shallot minced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Store in refrigerator in a airtight container.
